Election Results and Post-Election News
EDITOR'S NOTE: Videos posted will include election news from all parts of the UK, not just Scotland. Most of Election News is centered around England with their 3 main parties: Conservatives (Tories), Labour, and LibDems (Liberal Democrates).
IN SCOTLAND the political landscape has been a SNP (Scottish National Party) stronghold with these other parties showing lower support: Scottish Conservatives, Scottish Labour, and Scottish LibDems, which are branch offices of their London-based parties. When you hear the term "Green Party" in the news they are normally referring to the party that runs only in England and Wales, not the Scottish Green Party, which is a Scottish-based political party. The Brexit Party is mainly an English political party and has little to no activity in Scotland.
